Can anyone please help.
I have no data on my phone. I have tried entering the apn settings and restarting my phone. I have also checked and have not used any data.
Since having my account for a few months I hardly have any data.

Of course, it could be any non phone issue, sim, setting, pm etc.
I'd send a msg to moderators in case we need their help.

But, if you know how to take a screenshot and remove personal information, I'd like to see your apn settings to compare them to mine.

I have checked the Account status overview page and it says Active
The other sim I tried in the phone was a freedom mobile sim that worked

Thank you all for your suggestions. I have:-
- logged into my account, it shows I have 0 of 500gb used
- set it to 3G
- restarted my phone after removing the sim and putting it back in
nothing is working.

Just checked willmyphonework.net.That phone seems to have full 3g support. Until you get it working I'd set it to 3g to rule out any incompatibility.
Settings -> cell networks-> prefered network type-> select 3g

Do you have another phone to put the sim in ? This would rule out if it is an issue with your phone.

Log into My Account and see if you even have a data plan.
Make sure that data is enabled on your phone.
Try shutting down phone, remove sim, after a moment replace and restart.

I have an Asus Zenfone 2 and I had previoulsy entered those settings for the APN and it is not connecting

@MarcoF1, what phone do you have? On some android phones running 8.1, there were issues with creating an APN. Otherwise, it should be straightforward to make your own APN if ones on file in the phone do not match what is needed for Public Mobile service. Please check your APN settings against the information below.

Sorry more like I do not remember ever being able to use data so I am not sure if it has ever worked.
