Cannot complete activation

Hey, I'm stuck at this point. 

Downloaded the app then select - log in. then nothing loading. Spent whole evening trying to clear cash updating all apps. Still nothing. Any ideas?

If you’re experiencing issues with the app not loading, it could be due to storage, software compatibility, or internet connectivity problems. To complete your activation without the app, you can reach out to our Customer Support Agents by clicking the ‘Need Help’ button on the screen or accessing support through the main menu. They will assist you in completing your activation process.

Apparently, the website and app are down for maintenance so try again in the morning. It should work then.
