This was happneing to me all afternoon yesterday too. The plan details were blank and plan changes couldn't be done. The solution was the same as it always was for me when I see this happening and that was to try again at another time. This website bug is a regular occurarance at Public Mobile.

This has happened at least once in the last 2 weeks when I was also trying to schedule a future dated plan change.
It may be that public mobile is making some changes to their plan offerings or self serve site and as a result of such updates the functionality of the site is being temporarily affected.
Check approximately once an hour to see if functionality is re-established.

Trying using a different browser and incognito mode. Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot
