Hi community,
I am trying to change my credit card used for autopay (through payment -> replace credit card). I get a message saying that my credit card issuer is blocking the transaction. So I called my credit card issuer and tried again while I was on the phone with them. Surprisingly, they told me that there was nothing blocking the transaction and therefore the problem is with Public Mobile. Can you please help me out!
Thanks 🙂

We have seen this issue a few times. I would do as @popping mentioned. Delete the card then add a new one, even if it is the same one. I think the issue arises from trying to edit.

The edit credit card function is not working. You should delete the credit card on file. Then, use the add function to add the same credit card info again.

@sakibomb also make sure selfserve an cc address are the same. You might want to reach out to mods as several failed attempts can block cc.

Hi RobertQc,
Thanks for your advice, but it is still not working. Here's what I have tried so far:
- clearing cache
- different browser (chrome and safari)
- incognito mode
- unit number blank
- adding a space from the postal code and dropping the last digit.

The website can be fussy. You can try different browser / clearing cache and sometimes private browsing / incognito mode. If it asks for address keep unit number blank. Try removing / adding a space from the postal code or dropping the last digit.
