In fact, I have Canada wide calling on $10 plan (50 mins). Why can't I get into my voice mail?

My daughter is having the same problem. She doesn't seem to have used up her minutes (she has the 50 minutes, 50 texts plan). How did you get your voicemail access number changed?

In fact, the voice mail number needed to be changed as per Public Mobile access numbers.

Welll....are you out of minutes? Calling your voicemail from your cell phone will of course use up minutes. Heck...people leaving messages takes up minutes.
Call your voicemail from another phone.

Could you have run out of minutes?
Remember that accessing voicemail counts towards your 50min/month.
