Cannot access self service - keeps blocking my account

Hello there,

Can anyone help me to reset my password. I enter the right pasword and after one attempt my account is blocked for an hour. This happens again and again. I'm not able to reset the password myself using the provided link.

Did you try Google Crome incoginito mode, IE, Edge  or firefox? Try cleaning browser cookie and cache.
