there is porting support hotline you can call and make the correction. I am sending you the phone number to your Community inbox, check and call them

can you select a new number temporarily. You can port the number to your new account once the new account is up and running.

Yes I was charged for opening the account
I was going to transfer at landline to public mobile and incorrectly keyed in my phone number so I could not get the code so it keeps sending the code to the wrong phone number

how far along the activation process did you get ? Did you try to activate using the required PM app ? Were you charged $$ yet ?
