I have tried for 4 months to try and get help on my Public Mobile account to try and cancel it. Very disappointed in the customer service. I can log into my account but after that it takes me to a pre-activation page even though I've been a customer for over a year. I need help with this because I've tried to put a hold on the payments with my credit card but they can't help me either.

I did contact the credit card company and they can't do a stop payment because it is a manual payment and not a reoccurring one. Their hands are tied

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
If you do not want to be PM customer anymore ask your bank for chargeback.

best way is to submit ticket and simply ask agent to remove the credit card from your account. Once credit card removed, PM won't charge you again and effectively cancel the account
