I got an error message once I click on the ChatBot for the submitt a ticket link:
Oops! We encountered an error processing your request.
This may be due to a system error, please go back to the previous page and try again. (Error Code: XXX)

My new phone cannot use data, even I followed the instruction for setting up the APN.
This is the solution I found with the same brand of phone, and it seems to work for others, but me:

Chatbot isn’t work correctly so just private message a CS_Agent by clicking on your avatar top right then Messages>Pen/paper icon or on this hyperlink:

But you could get a faster response if you can explain your issue. So what is your problem?

I'm sorry to hear you're facing difficulties with the ticket submission link. Technical glitches can happen. Please try again later or consider clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
If the issue persists, you might want to use a different browser or contact Public Mobile support through their CS_Agent. They should be able to assist you further.
Note that they are currently overwhelmed by all of the Black Friday tickets, so it may take up to 24 hours to get a response. Be patient.
