Number ported in from freedom mobile - Text / sms not working.

Ported a number from freedom. Sent text are still going from temporary number and cannot receive text on ported in number.

@Ranachahal eSIM or physical sim ? If physical can you try SIM card In another phone or reset network settings se if that helps

Port is complete, freedom mobile line got canceled because of porting, calling is working and shows ported number on call display but SMS is not working.  Tried calling porting line, office appears to be closed.

@Ranachahal  Did you leave freedom SIM card in phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port ? An do all  call go to voicemail ? If yes then I’ll send you porting team number private message and they can re trigger the port request for you . But if you should just need the SIM card re provisioned I’ll leave you with direct link to support to help
