Cannot Submit Ticket, or contact support

I have had issues porting my number. I received a call to contact the mobile centre, but it redirects me to Telus after I input my phone number.

When trying to submit a ticket online, the button is greyed out even though all sections are filled and I cannot submit it.
I have no way to contact support.

When I call the number provided and input my phone number it initally tells me this number does not have a porting request, and it then redirects me to Telus support which have not been able to provide any help.

HI @asdoihfasdjkf  don't submit ticket, call the PM porting team,  I will send you the number to your community inbox

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
