for now...can you get to Shell gas and buy payment vouchers to cover plan renewal...then dial 611 to add them to your account.
Deal with cc issue later on.

make sure you’re doing that on a desktop or laptop.
Worst case, purchase a payment voucher from many mobile and retail outlets and apply it using self serve or by calling 611.
