Hello, I switched to Public Mobile this morning (13-May-2024), but cannot message right now. My iPhone keeps showing the phone number being verified. Without message, I cannot log into my account to do anything. Seek your immediate help, please. Thanks!

I was told by @softtech to create a ticket for the messaging issue. Tried re-send code several times, didn't get an email option

can you confirm if you activate with new number or port in number from another old provider?
For your SMS issue, PM is having problem provisioning text capability for new activations. And as you are an iPhone user, iMessage activation by phone number will also be impacted without a working SMS.
PM is working on a fix but for now, they can only resolve the issue on a case by case basis. Please open ticket with PM support by messaging CS Agent here:
