Hi, I’m an existing Public Mobile customer and my phone service is active, but whenever I log into My Account, it takes me to a “Let’s complete your activation” page instead of my account dashboard.
It gives me options to “Activate now” or “Go back to login page,” but I can’t get to my account details, balance, or payment info.
Has anyone else had this problem after the system changes? How can I get my email re-linked to my existing account so I can access it again?

@SashaLee Sounds like eversafe had problem linking your account , but no worries it’s easy fix for support to help fix
you can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen or send a private message To CS_Agent
