Hello, I’m moving to the UK at the end of this month, is there a way to cancel your plan in advance? I’ve read online that you just remove your payment? That seems weird so wanted to see if anyone can advise.
Thanks

you might wanna message the Customer Support group to remove your credit card info from your file. Then, when your current plan expires...Autopay won't occur and your account will eventually deactivate completely.

since you don't need the service at all, so, just turn off the auto payment option

Hi @Bdavis_89
If you have autopay, disable autopay in your account and just do not pay your bill. It will be automatically cancelled.

yes, you will just need to login My Account to remove the Autopay option.  Login My Account, Profile, Manage Subscription and disable Subscribed there
