@id6010 You can disable autopay, and after 90 days account would be deleted, or you can port out your number, and the account would be closed at the day of your port.

Not much to do if you are just cancelling.
Just make sure to remove Autopay, and you might want to remove your credit card on file as well. In the next renewal day, PM cannot take the money and your account will be in suspended state for 90 days and then your account will be fully closed and your number will be gone!!
HOWEVER, if you want to keep your phone number, you need to port the number out BEFORE then end of your current cycle. Once number ported, the account will be closed (You might still want to remove the credit card for peace of mind).
Remember, account has to be active to port away the number

The easiest way is if you are porting out to another provider, as porting out will close your account. If you are not transferring your account out you will need to login to yr self-serve and remove your credit card and disable autopay. Your account will then go into suspension at the end of your cycle and after 90 days of being inactive your account will be closed and the phone number returned to the pool of numbers.

@id6010 Log into your account and remove any payment card and the account will automatically close after 90 days of non-payment. Or once you port out your number, then your account closes, however, it's still a good idea to remove any payment card as once the account is closed you will not be able to access it.
