Hello,

I cancelled my Account but I was charged out of nowhere today. How do I get my money back and make sure my Account stays cancelled?

hi @shelby123 

did you disable Autopay ? or did you port out your number?

can you still login My Account?  Login My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser,  and check Payment page, Manage Subscription and check if Subscribed is toggled on or not.  If on, then you didn't really disable your My Account.  You will need to turn it back off

then logoff and log back in and check again tomorrow to confirm the change stays

@shelby123   How did you cancel?  Did you go in to your account and toggle "subscribed" off to "unsubscribed"?  Are you still able to log in to your account?  You can send a private message to customer support at this link
