Hi, I am trying to get ahold of public mobility, I canceled my dads account and there still taking payments out of his account. He left public mobility in Dec. 2022.

it is not my account its my father in laws, he had to leave cause it was impossible to get anything done with Public mobility. then he had to get his number changed cause public mobility wouldn't let him keep his number that he had since sell phones existed. Very disappointing.

@Lena75 feel sorry for the screw up from PM side. Just message them and they can quickly stop that and arrange refund
