Hello, i have canceled subscription but public mobile charged me whole amount and i was traveling internationally so i wanted to cancel it for few months

How did you cancel your service? Did you disable the autopay? Remove the public mobile sim card.? When you sign into your account setting click on subscription payments and see what it says there. Regrettably I have seen from posts that refunds are not allowed.
You can verify if the account is still active by calling 611 from the phone. Also are you still using the service?
