To cancel you must sign into your My Account and disable the Manage Subscription tab to Unscrbibed.
After 90 days of non payment or Available Funds to cover your balance, the account will be closed and the phone number returned to the carrier it came from.

Since Public Mobile is a prepaid service, "cancelling" works a bit differently than with traditional carriers. There are two main ways to go about it depending on whether you want to keep your phone number or not.
If You Want to Keep Your Number (Porting Out). Do not manually cancel your account first. If you do, you will lose your phone number. If you just want the charges to stop and don't need the number anymore, here's how.
Log in to My Account: Go to the Payment tab. Manage Subscription: Look for the "Subscribed" toggle and switch it to OFF. Your service will remain active until the end of your current 30-day cycle. After that, the account enters a "Suspended" state. If it remains unpaid for 90 days, the account is permanently deactivated and the number is released.
Public Mobile has a strict no-refund policy. If you just paid for a new month yesterday, you won't get that money back by cancelling today. If you're nervous about being charged again, you can use the Public Mobile Chatbot to request that a Customer Support Agent (CSA) manually remove your credit card information from the system.
If you're unable to log in, reach out to the Public Mobile support team to assist you.
If you are able to log into your account, use SIMon the chatbot.
If you're unable to log into My Account for any reason, ask the Public Mobile support team to help.
