Cancel subscription

I was looking for 2nd line. Someone recommended public mobile is the bets option. I paid last week, esim option. Cant activate as public app does not work on my android phone. Want to cancel service. No way to reach out. Can someone please help.

you have to understand you are just talking to customers like you in this forum., we cannot do anything

 you have to follow my advise above to ask support agent to help to either activate or refund.

What is the make and model of your phone?

Is it a Canadian or USA version phone?

what Android phone you have?   the esim should work.  The esim installed and showed up? it shows active on your phone?
