Cancel subscription and refund.

I just activated my Public Mobile plan and by Step 6 I got an error:

Subscription not activated - something didn't go right while activating your subscription. 

while trying to figure it out I realized Public Mobile does not have Wifi calling feature with I definitely need as I am travelling in a few days. I no longer wish to proceed with Public Mobile and would like to issue a refund. 

I was trying to submit a ticket but I can't click the submit button even though I did not leave any section as blank.

Public Mobile's only obligation is to get your service working.  They do not have to provide a refund, and the policies actually state they will not provide a refund when a cutomer simply changes the decision to proceed with using the service.   While Public Mobile might provide a refund, I would not expect one.  Best of luck.

where will you be travelling to ? Public Mobile may still be viable for you if you’re travelling Canada, Mexico and usa…. Otherwise no service is available.

You can send a message to Public Mobile agents at the link below to request cancellation and refund. They will  assist and advise you accordingly.

Ask PM to help to complete the activation or request refund if they cannot help
