I want to cancel a subscription with another phone number. I don’t have an online account. I have the contact number only.

if you cannot login My Account, you will need PM to help.
Without a proper My Account login, you won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them and ask them to help to cancel the account

It is not possible to have an account (online or app) and just a number with PM.
Can you please give us more details?

If you wish to cancel your account, there are 2 ways. Log into your account and turn off auto pay. Or port your phone number to another service provider and that will automatically cancel your account. If you still need help, you can create a ticket.

ask PM support agent to remove the credit card from the account and it won't renew anymore and account will then be closed
