If you can access your self service account, turn off your subscription. That will turn off your autopay or pre authorized payments. Once you account is suspended more than 90 days, your account is permanently closed and number lost.

Port your number to another carrier.
Using the app Unsubscribe account will close after 90 days
Contact pm an tell them to close and remove visa

why leave? don't lke it?
if you are porting your number over, you just need to ask the new carrier to port the number and the account will be closed after port is done
or if you don't port, just login My Account and go to Payment page to disable autopay

You cannot remove your credit card yourself, you'll need to contact support if that's what you wish to do. To contact support you can submit a ticket through the chatbot by pressing the chat bubble in the bottom corner and typing in "submit a ticket" and selecting "Contact Us".

You can ask support to disable and cancel your subscription and remove your card information.
