hello, how do I cancel / close my account with the community? I don’t have an account anymore with Public and I moved in USA so I don’t need it anymore. Thx.

If it is really important to you @retiredinactive this suggestion is probably the way to go bc I don't know if a CSA can actually delete it on your behalf

In order to set your mind at easy ------Suggest you revise your community profile with fictitious name, number and email. You could use an alias email and after it is authenticated delete the alias.

PM Community forum is a public forum so really if you are not interested in joining you don’t need to login and participate.

I do not think you can close it. You can ask agent to do it for you but it does not matter even if your Comm account stays here forever. Unless somebody hacks it and starts abusing it.
To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Watch for envelope in top right corner. It will show Number of unread emails.
