I have attempted to delete this my father's account since May of this year. Public will not allow me to do so. Or, am I missing something? My father passed-away in March. I ended his subscription but the account remains and I want it gone. I cannot do so. Why is that Public??? Do tell.

Yes. I logged-in, disabled the 'Subscribe (AutoPay)' button as required way back then after he passed. I know the account is 'cancelled' in that it is just inactive, but I should like it to be completely gone. All payment info, all of his personal info, the account itself gone.

YOU cannot delete account.
Remove subscription and account will be suspended and deleted after 90 days of no pay.
Ask agent to remove credit card info so you do not get charged 'by accident' after 90 days.

Did you login to his account and disable the Subscribe (AutoPay) button under Manage Subscription>Subscription Renewal (Active) then Unsubscribe? It will be cancelled after 90 days of nonpayment.
