Cancel an online order

I ordered a phone on oct 5th, and my confirmation went to spam mail, so i was unaware it went through. All of my other public mobile emails go to my inbox. Because i did not know this order went through. i recordered a phone on Oct 13th thinking it did not go through.

Upon receiving my oct 13th confirmation, It pulled the oct 5th confirmation out of my spam folder.   I do not need 2 phones, and i do not know why that one confirmation went to spam mail.       

I need to cancel my oct 13th order.  #311023

It might be too late to cancel order if it was shipped out.

You might have to wait until they both to arrive and see which one is in better condition or battery health.

You have a 30 day to return for a refund.

Contact a CS_Agent to see if it has been shipped out.
