How can I cancel my subscription and get my money back? My service has not started yet nor ever will based on eSIM not activated. Tried everything according to PM email instructions, account queries, invalid QR….My wife has the same issue as she has transferred her number to PM and nothing has happened during the past 2 days. Fortunately, my number did not port over to PM during the subscription process. How unfortunate….and I was really looking forward to using auto-online-user friendly subscription.

So sorry to hear that. Just tap the live chat icon and you should able to submit a ticket for further investigation.

@Ekub - Please submit a ticket to CS_Agent for the eSIM issue (Type in "Contact an Agent" in the chatbot in the bottom right corner)
PM doesn't do refunds though since they are prepaid.
