I remember that add-ons did not expire, and I haven't purchased add-ons for a while, so just now I purchased a 3GB data add-on without noticing that it had a 30 days expiration.
There is no way I would use 3GB in a month, and I would not have bought it if I had noticed the change.
Is there a way to cancel it?

Almost every reputable company puts a banner on their site (and forum), informing visitors of scheduled maintenance in advance (and of unscheduled maintenance as soon as they know it will happen).
Is there a reason PM cannot do that?

sorry @David-O , site is down for maintenance, both the site and app. You will have to wait until tomorrow morning to make the change

I am trying to change my plan (immediately, not at the renewal date).

as the message said, the site is down for maintenance. It will usually come back up the next morning before 8am
What are you trying to do??

After entering credentials, I get redirected to
Clicking on the button, gets me to a 404 page.
And so on, in a vicious cycle.
What's wrong with the site:

Hey @David-O
It does state there is a 30 day expire while you purchase it. As long as you haven't used it, reach out to a CS Agent using chat bot bottom right page. I would turn off all data usage to your phone so you don't accidently use any of it until it's resolved. Just know, they will not refund you. If it's approved, they will only credit your account.
To submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link

Type Customer Service and follow the prompts. If you are having any issues, here is a direct link by sending a private message
