Anyone know how to cancel an account I can’t get into anymore? My son lost his phone and I can’t into his email for the 2 step verification to work, I don’t want to have to get a new bank card because it’ll keep charging me for that account

@Jennifer17 look like you have no choice but. to open ticket with PM support and get access back to My Account, ask them to change email to one you have access first

But, why cancel the plan? why not get a new sim card, get a replacement phone instead??

It is best to contact a CS_Agent to help you access his account and assist in canceling the account once credentials are confirmed.
Submit a Ticket on SIMon Chatbot bottom of page or private message them on the envelope icon above.
You can track the location of the phone login in his Apple or Samsung account and conduct Find My.
