@Trenag You'll need to submit a ticket to customer support and ask for a password reset/assistance with putting the account into suspension. Here's a link to chatbot: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help
BTW, make sure you have cleared the cache/cookies and are using privacy/incognito mode and there's no typos when logging into your account.

@Trenag you just want to suspend the line until you got a new sim card and phone and reactivate?
If so, try to get back the access to self serve My Account, then disable Pre-authorized payments
To get the access to SelfServe My Account back, at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
