I am trying to cancel my son's subscription as his father bought him a new phone with a new number, but i can't log in to do so as it asks to send a code to a number we can no longer access before it will confirm me to log in. Please advise.

no matter how many times I hit resend code, the only option is the old phone number. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

@jennysr5 First it sends the code to your number by default. Right under there, you should see Resend Code option and that is where you will see an email option.

It doesn't even give me those options to choose from Yummy, only "resend code". 😞
