Hi, I want to cancel the service but also I lost the SIM card so that I can't get verification code to log in the app. How can I cancel the service in this case?

you can ask the code to send to email instead
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or Resend code and then choose Send email
if you really cannot login to disable Autopay, then Private message CS Agent at:
