I am new to Public Mobile and I signed up requesting a SIM to be sent. I have not received the SIM and it is taking a while to start up my plan, I have tried to contact a CS agent three times now and there is no response. I would like to cancel my entire subscription with Public Mobile and get a full refund as I have been charged and have not even gotten to start using my plan at all!
