Trying to leave Public Mobile. I’ve used the chats to help me and all of them say I will receive an SMS. Nothing yet and I’ve tried this quite a few times. How can I leave?

I just ported a line from Public Mobile to Lucky Mobile the other day, as long as you enter all the required details the new provider wants the Public line will get the Port Text message.
I noticed in the things it asks for from Lucky within the Port Process and there was a big box that said 'Full Name' do not enter your name there.. enter the old providers name in All CAPS for best success.
You will get the text message, so if you haven't just wait 90 minutes and have your new carrier resubmit the Port Request.

Did you leave this sim in a phone and wait for the transfer confirmation text from here? It doesn't go to the new provider. It goes to the old sim. So put this sim in a phone and then get the new provider to re-trigger the request and wait for the text. Is your account active here though? It needs to be.

You just have to log in and declare phone lost/stolen. That will suspend your account and in 90 days account will be deleted.
If you plan to port out number - do NOT suspend account but initiate transfer at other provider and keep PM SIM in your phone to reply on transfer authorization SMS. Your PM account HAS to be active.
