If you can’t login to your account then it is closed or dial 1-855-4PUBLIC and check your account status.
You must leave your PM SIM in your phone and reply with YES within the 90 minute window when your new carrier activated your new SIM to complete the porting process.

@mluq431 If you ported your number out successfully the your PM account is closed automatically and you shouldn’t be charged again

if you cannot connect PM My Account, then YES, it is closed and PM will not charge you again
