I placed an order two weeks ago, and haven't yet received a SIM! I'm going to buy another SIM from a different service provider. I find PM not only unacceptably late, but also the MOST complicated service provider to access customer support! This is ridiculous and I'm super frustrated! How can I cancel the order and get my refund?

please work with PM by submit a ticket., they can arrange cancellation and refund or help to continue with the activation.
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

If the SIM card hasn't arrived yet, you can buy one from a nearby store or online from Amazon, and we will apply a credit equal to the value of the SIM after activation. I ordered on PM website. It's been two weeks! I needed a SIM so I'm going to a store to buy another service provider now. I can't wait any longer.

@Lost-customer before you go. where did you order your SIM from ? May i suggest buying one from Amazon for $4.99-$5.00. Quick shipping to most major areas and often with tracking. Once the set up is complete, youll find that PM Customer Service (mainly from this community) is top notch
