Is this possible? I'm on the activation screen for the past week or so and would like to cancel enrollment in service and get a refund.

Officailly, the policy is no refunds. Which phone model do you have? As for the activation screen, what error message are you receiving? In cases of an eSIM not working on a device, Public Mobile can provide a physical SIM card to use instead. @Gkdefineds you might be able to do that but you will need to reach out to a customer support agent by clicking on the orange round circle in the bottom right of your screen and type: Customer Support Agent

was that esim issue?
but yes, it is possible to cancel, just message PM , and maybe before you cancel , ask them what they can help with the incompatibility issue
