Cant login to my account. don't know the address associated.

Cant call 611. dont know the pin

How can I cancel Autopay. Is there anyway to get a callback

@dumasss   Just port the number to Koodo, that will close your PM account automatically.

have to know you pin. I do not. I set this phone up for my kids...and now I want to move it to Koodo. Can't get in and disable autopay without knowing my email or my pin.

So the only thing you know about your account is your number. You can dial 1-855-4PUBLIC and diable AutoPay.

if you know your 4 digits pin, you can disble it by calling *611

If you don't know the pin and need to login My Account, and unable to do so, please engage support to have it sorted out
