I’ve travelled into the US and I’ve paid for the phone plan with data to be able to use service without interruption. I’ve restarted phone a couple times. I can send standard texts and calls. But have no data or iMessage. Ticket submission is not working as usual. Anyone have the link to submit ticket ?

I had to do the same thing. Worked at first on AT&T but then connected to Verizon and stopped working.

Had to manually connect to T-Mobile However my wife has the same plan and she was working through Verizon ?? Anyways. All straightened out👍

if you have no data, probably you didn't turn on Mobile Roaming data on your phone. Make sure that is enabled.
also, make sure you connect to T-Mobile or AT&T. If your phone does not connect for you, try manual connect

Maybe try to manually select the other US carrier. T mobile and AT&T are the US partners.
Also can try to select LTE network (intead of Auto or 5G)
Network reset of phone (this will erase any saved Wifi passwords)
