When I order a subscription with a physical SIM card, how will I know when the SIM has been shipped by courier to my street address? Thank you.

I am located more than a hundred miles from the nearest company operated Telus or Koodo store.
Approximately where are you located? If there isn't a Telus store within 100 miles, this could be more remote locations. Some shipping companies do not deliver to such areas but rather hand off to Canada Post (even if it was shipped by Purolator, Fedex, UPS, etc.).

although no tracking was given, but my friend ordered a sim from PM and it only took 4 days.
however, if you have prime membership, still more reliable to order from Amazon, and it is cheaper too ($5 vs $10)

Dont waste time waiting for sim csrd in the mail. It took 3 weeks before the postal strike. Your best is buying bet is buying a physical sim card from a koodo/telus store or a mobile klinic store. Then contact CS_AGENT and they will credit you the cost of the sim $11.30 (10+tax).

@RB54 sorry, no tracking
if you live far from Telus or Koodo store, then order from Amazon for $4.99

@RB54 PM will use courier to ship the sim card and should arrive within 10 days.
However,if there is a Telus or Koodo story nearby, if is better to choose to pickup in person from Telus or Koodo store instead
