Hello, I'm trying to sign up and am having issues.
On the Public Mobile website, I have chosen Alberta as my location and selected the $50/month Canada-US 40GB plan. When I try to pay for the plan, it says the postal code doesn't work for this plan. I was recommended to try the Public Mobile iOS app.
When I downloaded the app and try to choose a plan, the $50/month Canada-US 40GB plan is not available. I just selected this plan yesterday on my nephews phone and it worked, so why won't it work for me today?
I contacted Live Chat support and they told me to make a post in the community so a Mod can look into my "activation".
Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, Community members wouldn't be able to assist with an account specific issue. The live chat is only for activation support, so I'm unsure why they couldn't assist. Please open a ticket using the chatbot.

If the chatbot returns an error message, please send a private message to CS_Agent.

If the above was already done and the customer support agent informed you to come here, contact them again, because this something that only they can fix.

Hi @swmrgrl
It's funny how they say ask us. We're all just customers like you.
There really is no reason why you can't change to it. However if you live in a newer area where the postal codes aren't updating into the system, that could be why. Also, the postal code for your credit card has to match the postal code you used.
