What is the error? Do you have calls included in your plan or is it an only fata plan?

You must have available funds in your account to pay for any add on. Then you must purchase the add on.

@Wilmarryme Go into your selfserve account. If you see the 500 minutes counter on the first page under addons then you should be able to call. If it's not listed in your selfserve then you have used the minutes up or you need to add the addon to your account.

If you have $5 available fund in your account, next step is to bug the $5 500 minutes add-on now. Check for the minutes usage lines to confirm your purchase.
I have a 100 minutes plan and the $5 500 minutes add-on. I have not used any add-on minutes and I used 55 minutes out of my 100 minutes for the current cycle.

It is a two step process for add-ons. You need to purchase and add it to your account.

@Wilmarryme Purchasing an add on is a two step process. When you put the $5 in, if you didn't follow up with a purchase, the $5 just stayed as an account balance, which may have been used by now.
