I'm trying to add another phone line, but when I register, it says that my email address is already being used for another line. Do I really have to use a separate email address for each phone line? With my Telus account, I have 7 lines all connected to the same email. It's kind of a hassle to use different emails for each line I want to use.

one line one email. one email one line 🙂
some email service like Gmail allows alias, that could be a solution as a workaround to PM Self-Serve (so, all email go to the same mailbox in the end), but you have to really keep track of what alias you used.
