No most branches have visa Dept on bank card so u can go that way

@Jodyydoj  many banks are using Visa Debit as the default bank cards.  These type of cards can be used to pay online in your Public Mobile self-serve account. The money gets taken straight out of your chequing/savings account.

Unfortunately not, but it is easy to sign up with a credit card.
