Hello I recently found out you have to activate your plan online not instore to recieve the $25 promo credit to your and your friend's account.
I had activated my phone service at my local Walmart just 1 hour ago, I'm wondering if it's still possible to close my account, cancel the service, and return my SIM for a fully money back ($10+ tax which is the cost of the plan).
Alternatively, how can I cancel my service peroid? I see no cancel service/delete account button on the self serve options.

There will be no refund. Why would Walmart even refund the sim? They can't reuse it.

PM is prepaid service provider. Prepaid plan in Canada does not refund of unused portion of you plan. If you had done your research before activation, you will know the $25 referral credit is for online only.

You would have to go to Walmart to see if they will refund you the sim. If you used a referral number you will still get $10 credit so not sure you only activated to get the $25 credit? If you don't want to continue with Public Mobile just make sure you don't have a credit card on file and if you do make sure to remove it and turn off auto-pay
