Can we re-use a previous email address with Public Mobile to re-activate the service?

Public mobile keeps the email address as your ID of your account. If you want to re-sign up, you need to use a different email address then you can use the previous one.

You can always try logging in with your old email and see what happens or try forgot password. If i temember cirrectly if password doesnt exist it will tell you.

With email alias being so convenient, I suggest not taking any chances, just create a new unique ID. The self serve is so fragile, why provide further opportunity for failure.

If your old account has been deleted because you ported out your number or failed to pay within 90 days of expiry, I think you should be able to use your old email address.
