Can’t access my account - need to reactivate

Hi all, I was out of country for an extended period of time (unexpected extension due to a health diagnosis) now it seems I am not able to access my account again to activate service.

PS I am back in Canada, want to retain my previous phone number and activate service. I am in possession of the original SIM still. 

Please help asap!

Turns out it wasn’t sent and it may have been due to a long subject line - thanks just sent one and it went through!

Thanks a lot sir, I have just sent a message but am not sure if it went through, there was no feedback on pressing submit message. Do you know if that is normal?

hi @25AM 

if you have not paid for long time and account was suspended for 90 days, the account would be closed and your number would be gone.  Likely that was what happened

you might be still able to get the number back if the account wasn't cancelled for too long.  Check with PM support agent.  You can submit  ticket by direct message:
