Sorry, you cannot use PM to call Cameroon.

Try calling cards, or other apps like Facetime,  Whatsapp calling, Skype, Facebook calls,

as you seen from the list above, Cameroon is not on the list.  In fact, PM service cannot call Cameroon, you will need to use calling card
