Recently lost my SIM card, so I ordered a new one. Just arrived today but when I tried editing my profile to put in my SIM number it refuses too. I did try to update my SIM card too but that was a failed attempt as well . Am I doing it wrong or did l get scammed?

@Ikran - so you are able to log into My Account without issue, then, that is good.
See "How To Change Your SIM Card" at the bottom of this Help Article: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/sim-swap-fraud
If still issues with My Account, click here to request a SIM Swap with the Public Mobile Customer Support Agents (CSA): Submit ticket for a SIM SWAP

@Ikran no worry, no scam here 🙂
make sure your phone is not in Lost/Stolen mode. if so, resume the service first.
Also, try to use Incognito mode or another browser
if still fails , you can open ticket with PM and have them to manually process the sim card change

In your Profile section, did you click on Change SIM Card Number and take off Lost/Stolen Phone?
